reconnected with HK.

so i woke up at 9:45am. had a 10:30 class. i thought giving myself 10 mins to walk over to class would be sufficient...but um ya. no. was late to class.

we had paper wars in corporate strategy today. it was interesting.
seriously, i don't know what to expect from these courses. i would like to cruise by, but i don't know how probable that is. the stuff we're learning is pretty basic, but then again, we're only 2 weeks in and this is....alison koh. the Queen of Cs. yep. :/

then had lunch with Davs and Ktran. haha. nice convo.

then went back to rez to get my passport, but my card ended up being demagnatized. so i was locked out, until i got help.

then went to Groups & teamwork. except i got lost. wtb. i don't even know how to explain it.
so UST is separated by lifts (aka elevators). my classroom is on the 4th floor of Lift 25-26. but since there were so many ppl taking the elevator, i walked up the stairs. which was right across from the elevator. so i walked up 4 flights of stairs, get there, and i just COULD NOT find my classroom. gah. i felt like i was in another dimension. it was NUTS. i wanted to call ppl in class, but i was already late and i knew they wouldn't pick up.

so i walked down the stairs, and bumped into Tim, and asked where i was. apparently I was in Lift 17-18!!!!?!?!?! WTB!??!?!! SO WEIRD. and i actually walk out of the LIft 17-18 door. so i had to walk all the way back to lift 25-26, and this time, i just waited for the elevator. cause clearly the stairs are possessed. geeze. and got to class late. again.

anyway.

after class, went with Ghoribet to meet Ktran at Hang Hau...to go to Wan Chai to get China visas.
Ktran texts me and tells me Xiao Zhu is at Hang Hau Mall. I went absolutely nuts and got chest pains. she took pics of the screen and i was absolutely devastated. until later, Crystal confirmed that Xiao Zhu was NOT at Hang Hau. BUt the screen that Ktran took pictures of was just a VIDEO.
OH EM GEE.

"are you going to punch me now?"

what is wrong with today.

anyway. after China Visas, visited the squatting toilets. very nice. couldn't pee.
then went to Causeway Bay. shopped. i went mad at Bossinni. finallllllly got a hoodie and some zip ups.

then met up with Joce and Wes for Thai.

"i didn't bring my Schulich agenda because of the time difference in HK"

i think i've come to the conclusion that eating meals in HK won't make you full. there must always be desserts or snacks after. we went to Honeymoon Desserts after, sooo good. it was like..."aw zu bee" in vanilla ice cream with mangoes. mmmmmmm.

then we all went back to UST, even Crystal! yay!

thennnn chillled with Emily Kerklaan.
we must stop eating, kirk.
stop tempting me, kirk.

"ohhhhhhhhh our school's actually on a HILL-hill!!!!!"

"i'm actually very organized"
"you keep saying that"

"it's 4 AM, and i'm drunk, in the common room, making instant noodles. i feel like such a local"

AHHAHHAHA

it felt good to go outside today. good seeing ppl and being pushed and shoved around by the HK-ers. i still love HK =)
